General Return Policy

IF YOUR SPOILER OR BODY SIDE MOLDINGS ARE DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, CALL US IMMEDIATELY AT 810-733-9464.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE SPOILER.  WE WILL ISSUE A CALL TAG FOR THE DEFECTIVE SPOILER/BODY SIDE MOLDINGS AND PROCESS A REPLACEMENT.

If you are wishing to return a spoiler or body side moldings for a non-warranty related reason you can do so within 14 days by doing the following:

Call our office for a RMA# at 810-733-9464.  Box labels must be clearly marked with the RMA # and be completely returned.  This includes spoiler or body side moldings, installation kit, light, and a copy of the bill of sale.  The customer is responsible for shipping non-warranty items to our warehouse at the following address:

IMPORTANT:  Be careful to package the spoiler exactly as you received it.  If the spoiler is damaged when it arrives at our warehouse, the shipper is responsible for the damages.

If the spoiler or body side moldings are determined to be intact and unused, we will refund the full amount of the bill of sale, less the original shipping costs.  If original hardware is missing, an additional $10 will be deducted from the refund amount. Product not received within the 14 day period is subject to a $20 restocking fee.  Returns are not accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.
